This page explains what data StaySnap AI collects and how it's used. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
Your photo is sent to our AI image-processing provider (fal.ai) to generate the enhanced version, which is returned to you. We don't permanently store your uploaded or enhanced photos on our servers beyond what's needed to process the request; the processing provider's own retention policy applies to their side.
We don't require signup. A random device identifier (stored as a cookie) tracks your remaining credits. If you make a purchase, Stripe collects your email and payment details to process it — we receive your email and purchase record, not your card details.
You can clear your browser cookies to reset your device identifier at any time (this will also reset any unused free credit tracking tied to that identifier). To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email us.
