StaySnap AI ("we", "us") provides an AI photo-enhancement tool for short-term-rental and real-estate listing photos. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You upload a photo; we send it to a third-party AI image model to brighten, declutter, or relight it, and return the result to you. We do not add furniture, structures, or objects that weren't in your original photo.
You must own or have the right to upload any photo you submit. You're responsible for how you use the output — including complying with any disclosure requirements that apply to AI-edited listing photos in your jurisdiction.
Credits are purchased in packs and consumed one per photo enhancement. Credits don't expire but have no cash value and aren't refundable once used. Unused credit-pack purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase — contact us to request one.
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated edits may occasionally look imperfect or unrealistic. We don't guarantee any particular booking, revenue, or business outcome from using enhanced photos.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
